Weight Watchers Week One Recap

It’s crazy how fast this week has gone. Tomorrow’s my first weigh in! I’m nervous but excited. It’s hard to explain, but my body just feels better. I have more energy, I’m actually getting excited about what I’m putting into my body, and my overall mood has been better.

I’ve stuck to the plan pretty well this week. It’s actually been pretty eye-opening for me. I’m pretty sure that I’m eating even more than I ever have on a daily basis. And I actually feel hungry, now. It’s definitely been interesting.

On one of the first days I was on the plan, I decided to take a marker and note how many points the snacks in my cabinet were per serving. It helped me be more aware of what I was putting into my body.
